In this video I look at two 10 year futures contracts: one the Eurobund and the other the 10-year US Treasury Notes. I also look at the US T-Bond contract. The 30 year long bond. I examine the charts to assess if we have seen the Top of the recent bull run or not, and set clear limits to enable one to identify that. I also point out the clear trading opportunity present in the US T-Bond, the 30 year long bond where the subdivisions are clearer. 30-year fixed-rate mortgage ticks down to 4.60%
WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) — The average rate on the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage ticked down to 4.60% in the week ending May 26 – the lowest rate since December — down from 4.61% in the prior week, according to a survey released Thursday by Freddie Mac, a buyer of residential mortgages.
